- Booking details — name, email, phone, payment information, and reservation preferences.
- Account information — profile data you choose to share when signing up.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with the platform.
- Communications — conversations with our concierge chat, WhatsApp, or support team.
3. How we use your information
We use personal data to process bookings, communicate confirmations and updates, personalise package recommendations, improve the DineDeal platform, prevent fraud, and comply with UAE legal obligations. Venue partners receive only the minimum information required to honour your reservation.
4. Sharing your information
We share your details only with: (a) the venue you have booked, limited to what they need to host you; (b) payment processors and fraud-prevention partners; (c) technology and analytics providers who help us operate the platform under strict data-processing agreements; (d) authorities, when legally required.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry- standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We retain booking records for the period required by UAE financial and tax regulations.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. Send any such request to hello@dinedeal.webprodcraft.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Terms of Use
Use of DineDeal is subject to our Terms. By booking a package, you agree to abide by the package's stated inclusions, cancellation window, and venue rules. Pricing displayed in AED at checkout is the final amount; DineDeal does not add additional service charges.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
